PAYMENT

By submitting your order online, you authorize InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. to charge your credit card in-full for payment, including; shipping, handling fees and applicable sales tax (IN shipments only).

TERMS OF USE

Services in connection with this site are provided to you under the following terms of use. We reserve the right to modify, change, amend, and update these terms at any time without notice to you. If these terms are, or become unacceptable to you, you should discontinue use of this site immediately.
Use of this site constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. Future use of this site indicates your continued willingness to be bound by the terms in place at time of use.

TERMS

The term 'partner' in this document means that InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. has teamed up with certain companies to bring you goods and services. Partner does not mean that we are partnered with these companies or entities for legal purposes and any company or third party that is featured on our site is solely responsible for their obligation to you. If you encounter problems with any of these third parties, please notify us immediately.

The term "InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc." used in these terms of use means InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Content refers to, and includes, information, material, data, graphics files, or other items that are supplied by you or any other party. The term may be used interchangeably with the above words.

InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. is used under license and is the property of its' registered owner.

You acknowledge that any reliance upon such content shall be at your sole risk. InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. welcomes comments regarding its products and services. We hope you will understand that the intent of this policy is to avoid misunderstandings when products or services developed by our employees are similar to someone else's ideas. If you send us suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts or other information (collectively, the "Information"), the Information shall NOT be subject to any obligation of confidentiality and InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable or owe compensation for use or disclosure of the Information, other than such liability as arises out of the copyright or patent laws of the United States. If you would like to submit Information to us, you must first complete the Outside Idea Submission form as a precondition to us considering your Information. If you do not supply this form with your Information, your Information will be returned.

PRODUCT INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

The descriptions, recommendations, suggestions and any other statements provided by InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. are for informational purposes only.

It is our intent to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available throughout the site and in our communications with you. Occasionally, information on InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and/or availability. CUSTOM ORDERS

You acknowledge and agree that in the preparation or creation of custom orders, you take full responsibility for the preparation and review of such orders prior to releasing them for production. By creating such custom orders you represent that you have adequate knowledge to undertake the design, creation, layout and development of such custom orders. You further acknowledge that InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, mistakes, etc. including but not limited to colors, graphics, illustrations, ink, typography, matching, consistency, format, layout or any combination of them and that such orders are produced 'AS IS', 'AS RECEIVED' and 'WITH ALL FAULTS.'

InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse to print, render, capture, produce or otherwise generate an order that contains content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically, sexually or otherwise objectionable or which shall infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party or shall violate the rights of others, including any right of privacy or publicity. You will be notified of any rejected order and InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to disclose your information to the relevant authorities and such disclosure shall not be construed as a breach of any obligation owing to you.

InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. shall have no liability with respect thereto. By submitting such material you hereby consent to the foregoing and any risks or liability associated therewith including criminal and civil prosecution.

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS

Commercial Orders - we will deliver 5% + or - and charge the exact amount shipped. 5% + or - is the accepted industry practice.

Form and Label Orders - we will deliver 10% + or - and charge the exact amount shipped. 10% + or - is the accepted practice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your order is cancelled prior to proof approval per your request or if we have to cancel your order for any reason attributable to you (such as failure to provide appropriate information or advance payment), there will be a $75.00 cancellation charge. This charge is in addition to any proof/shipping/production that has occurred prior to cancellation.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not fully satisfied with your printed product for any reason, we will reprint your order or give you a refund subject to the following terms and conditions ('Satisfaction Guarantee'):

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS OWN NEGLIGENCE, SHALL InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, CONTENT PROVIDERS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS OR CONTENT ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. OR A InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc.' S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THIS SITE.

THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", AS AVAILABLE, WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. CONTENT

In return for InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. allowing access to this site, any information supplied by you to InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. will be considered correct. You are entirely responsible and liable for all activities conducted within your individual account. In addition, you acknowledge that by providing such information that you have the right to use and supply such information. You further agree that InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. will not be used by you to post, email, upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise make available any materials or content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically, sexually or otherwise objectionable. No material submitted, supplied or transmitted by you shall infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights shall violate the rights of others, including any right of privacy or publicity. Submitted materials shall not include any virus, 'Trojan horse' or other software destruction or disruption devise, or otherwise violate any applicable laws or statutes. InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to reject, remove, delete or modify any content submitted by you.

Any content supplied to a designated "Public Area" (e.g. discussion groups, etc.) or the response to a request for information, data or content from InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. (new product ideas, customer solutions) implies agreement that the owner of such content has expressly granted the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it into other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content.

You understand and acknowledge that InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. does not filter material, information, content or data submitted by visitors, members, partners or users. We do reserve the right, but have no obligation, to refuse, modify, edit, delete, remove or replace information, data, content or materials or any portion thereof that is made available via InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. by a visitor, partner or user that violates these terms or which InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. in its' sole discretion finds objectionable. You also acknowledge and agree that InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. may store or keep content, materials, information or data received by us and that we may also release such content if requested to do so in connection with any judicial or governmental order or request, or if we believe that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with any investigative process; (b) enforce these terms; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. employees, its users and the public.

InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. grants you a limited license to make personal use of this site but not to download (other than page caching or create screen blasts), change, adapt or modify any portion of it, except with express written consent of InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. obtained in advance, or as otherwise may be permitted.

NON DISCRIMINATION

We do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or religion.

This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.

InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. makes no representation that materials in the site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. Those who choose to access this site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Individuals also agree to comply with all applicable United States export controls.

TERMINATION

This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. if in InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc.' sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. In addition, InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate access to all or part of the site at any time, for any reason without prior notice or liability. InfinitPrint Solutions, Inc. may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the site at any time, including the availability of any feature, product, service or content (including the Public Areas), without prior notice or liability.
